I have taken the Super Slim Pomegranate-Silver Foil for about 1 week now. I have lost six pounds so far and I am pleased with the consequences. I will take up again to take it. The first day I used it I couldn't fall asleep that night, so I took it earlier, and took some of the product out of the shell, no problem sleeping that night. I did that for about 3 days, now I take the whole shell with no problem and I am seeing that I am loosing weight.

| I just probable my super slim pomegranate in the mail today and i just really wanted to know is it ok if you work out while your on the pill because its not excellent to lose weight and not work out your skin will start to look flabby so if anyone who took this pill and says it is ok to workout with could you please let me know thanks because i would really like to know |
